Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Adventures or Trips are subject to modification or cancellation without notice. One week prior to trip date, payment will be Non-Refundable. If customer does not arrive at departure location by set departure time, they are responsible for paying full cost of Trip. All Trips run RAIN OR SHINE and we do not cancel trips based on weather.

Q: Why do I have to sign a waiver?
A: By signing our waiver, you are confirming that you understand and assume the potential risks involved with outdoor, water, and other kinds of activities that you will experience on your Trip or Adventure. Your signature will also let us know that you are physically and mentally capable to partake in these activities.

Q: Should I tip the Guides?
A: The OAC Guides don't get paid much for all of their hard work so it is always appreciated when you are able to reward them for a job well done.
Q: What should I bring with me on the trip?
A: You should always bring a second set of clothes with you. The guides will carry them for you in a waterproof bag if you do not have your own dry storage for the Trip. You should also be aware of the weather for the day and pack appropriately. If it is going to rain, bring a rain jacket. If it is going to be sunny, make sure you have a hat, some sunscreen and lip balm. Finally, make sure you bring any personal items that you may need such as medicine, snacks, camera, etc.
